Sample daily programme:
- 6.30 – 8 am morning cardio routine followed by HIT/weights
- 9 am Kapuhala Morning Yoga
- 11 am late breakfast
- 12 pm mentorship sessions
- 1-4 pm rest and free time
- 4 pm massage or learning recovery hacks
- 5 pm afternoon sessions (hot breath yoga/cold exposure/breathing techniques)
- 6 pm mentorship sessions, talks and FQAs
- 7 am dinner in convivium, laughter and get-togethers
We will run a basic check on HRV, BMI and body weight upon check-in and check-out. The monitoring will be non-invasive.
