This architectural gem is perfect for a single person or a small family. Conveniently positioned close to the main building just across our tropical farm. Each House is 27 sq. m. and sleeps 2 people in a queen-size bed, with an option to accommodate up to 3 people with the pull-out sofa bed.

Nestled on the edge of a hill, these no ordinary, architecturally unique Farmhouses are fully detached rooms with separate entrances built on top of large rocks – a natural geological wonder of the area.

Cancellation Policy – No refunds up 15 days prior to arrival date. 50% refund from 16 to 30 days prior to arrival date. Full refund up to 31 days prior to arrival date. Refund transaction fees are paid by the guest. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
The Farmhouse room can accommodate one child up to 16 years old at an extra charge of THB 1500 per day, inclusive of breakfast.
To maintain the quality and comfort of everyone’s stay we limit occupancy of all accommodations to 2 adults. To ensure everyone’s safety, we also do not allow non-resident guests to stay or sleep at any of the rooms.
Currently we do not have any kids’ activities on the property.
Kapuhala Samui is a smoke free property.
