Embracing the “Blue Zone Principles “ The quest of longevity of Kapuhala

Longevity and wellbeing have become the hottest topics for many of us and recently the concept of the Blue Zones has also gained significant attention. 

 

But what are the Blue Zones? 

 

Blue Zones are regions around the world where people live significantly longer and healthier compared to the global average. These regions have identified common lifestyle practices and environmental factors that contribute to the exceptional longevity and wellbeing of their inhabitants.

Stefano and I created Kapuhala with the Blue Zones in mind. Kapuhala Resorts are unique wellness resorts situated in beautiful locations, our brand embraces the core principles, as a result we attract many  longevity seekers and nomadic entrepreneurs alike. From day one, our hotels offer plant-based dining that is not only nutritious, but also beautiful and delicious. Our culinary team sources fresh, locally grown ingredients to create meals that nourish the body and mind. Our cuisine is sustainable, made with ingredients with small environmental footprint. 

 

Physical activity is another pillar of the Kapuhala experience. We offer a wide range of fitness programs and outdoor activities designed to keep guests active and energized.
